Underwriting Documents

PCM performs various underwriting procedures to assure each funding is financially sound before providing financing options.  The majority of PCM’s underwriting is based on obtaining various supporting documents about the lessor.

Here is a checklist of information required for all new funding projects.

• Tax Returns for the prior 2 years on the underlying legal entity

• Projections for the next 2 to 5 years

• Financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows for the prior 2 years

• Current interim statements

• List of the initial investors and their % of interest and investment ($)

• Brief business/biography of the initial investors

• Thorough information relating to the demographics of the market(s) including competitors

• Dunn and Bradstreet number

• Customer profile and credit references

• Geographic data summary

• Federal Tax Identification number
